Time-bound
Knowledge-based
Non-tangible in nature

Accordingly, returns are not applicable to our services.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

A Client may request cancellation of a service by submitting a written request to the official email address mentioned on the Website.

Cancellation requests are subject to review and approval in accordance with this policy.

3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

The cancellation request is received within 7 (seven) calendar days of payment; and
No substantive work, analysis, consultation, or internal resource allocation has commenced; and
No meetings, calls, or advisory sessions have been delivered.

If all conditions are satisfied, a partial refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Nahar OM, after deducting:

Administrative costs
Payment gateway charges
Processing fees

4. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

No refunds shall be provided in the following cases:

Work has commenced or advisory time has been allocated
Any consultation session has been conducted
Delay or non-performance due to client-side inputs or unresponsiveness
Change of mind or business priorities
Dissatisfaction with outcomes not contractually guaranteed
Failure to achieve desired business results

5. REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINE

If a refund is approved:

The refund will be processed to the original payment method
Processing typically takes 7–10 business days
Nahar OM is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways
