For avoidance of doubt:

  • No financial, investment, tax, or legal advice is provided

All services are strictly non-financial consulting and advisory in nature.

 

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Subject to specific written agreements, Nahar OM may provide:

  • Business strategy consulting

  • Venture studio support

  • Operational and execution advisory

  • Business model and growth planning

  • Founder mentoring and strategic guidance

  • Ecosystem and knowledge support

All engagements are consultative and non-executive, unless expressly agreed in writing.

 

3. NO GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY

All services are provided on a best-effort basis.

Nahar OM makes no representations or warranties regarding:

  • Business outcomes

  • Revenue or profitability

  • Market success

  • Partnerships or opportunities

  • Performance or timelines

All business decisions remain the sole responsibility of the Client.

 

4. ENGAGEMENT & PAYMENTS

  • Services may be offered on a one-time, retainer, or milestone-based basis

  • Fees are communicated prior to engagement

  • Payments are collected via authorized payment gateways, including Razorpay

An engagement is deemed to commence once payment is received or work begins, whichever is earlier.

 

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Website content, materials, frameworks, documents, and methodologies are the intellectual property of Nahar OM.

No content may be copied, reused, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

 

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

Any non-public information shared during consultations or engagements shall be treated as confidential, subject to applicable law.

Formal confidentiality agreements may be executed where required.
